What You'll Do
- Source and evaluate properties on behalf of buyer clients
- Conduct due diligence, inspections, and market analysis
- Negotiate purchases to secure the best outcomes
- Provide regular reporting and market updates to clients
- Build relationships with selling agents across Sydney
Requirements
- 3+ years in real estate (sales or property advisory)
- NSW real estate licence
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Strong negotiation ability
- Own vehicle and full licence
