The Opportunity

Join Metricon Homes as a Sales Associate, helping families find their dream home from our extensive range of new home designs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify walk-in customers at our display home villages
• Present home designs, pricing, and customisation options
• Guide buyers through the contract and handover process
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain CRM records and follow up with prospects

Requirements

• Previous sales experience (real estate or retail considered)
• VIC real estate agent's licence (or willingness to obtain)
• Weekends and public holidays availability
• Friendly, professional presentation
• Valid driver's licence
