Strata Management Role

Bright & Duggan is one of Sydney's most respected strata management firms. We're looking for an experienced Strata Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential and mixed-use schemes.

The Role

Manage a portfolio of 25–30 strata schemes
Prepare and present at AGMs and committee meetings
Oversee building maintenance, insurance renewals, and by-law compliance
Prepare budgets, levy notices, and financial reports
Coordinate with building managers, contractors, and legal advisors

Requirements

3+ years strata management experience
NSW Strata Managing Agent licence
Strong knowledge of the Strata Schemes Management Act
Excellent written and verbal communication
Experience with StrataMax or similar software
Own vehicle required

Evening meetings required approximately 2–3 times per month.
