About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of approximately 180 residential properties in the Bankstown and Canterbury area.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of the tenancy lifecycle
Conduct routine inspections and condition reports
Process maintenance requests and coordinate tradespeople
Handle lease renewals, rent reviews, and arrears management
Ensure compliance with NSW tenancy legislation
Mentor and support junior property management staff

What You'll Need

3+ years' property management experience
Certificate of Registration or full RE licence (NSW)
Strong knowledge of NSW Residential Tenancies Act
Experience with PropertyMe or similar PM software
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Current driver's licence
