Aussie Home Loans is growing its real estate partnership programme. We're looking for experienced Mortgage Brokers to work alongside our partner agencies, converting buyer enquiries into pre-approvals.

The Role

Receive warm leads from partnered real estate agencies
Guide buyers through the pre-approval and loan process
Attend open homes and auction days as a finance resource
Build trust with agents to become their go-to broker
Meet lending targets and compliance requirements

Requirements

Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking
Minimum 2 years' active broking experience
ASIC credit representative registration
Strong understanding of the property buying process
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Package

Base retainer plus trailing commissions
Warm lead flow from partner agencies
Aussie brand support and marketing
Flexible working – office, home, or on the road
