Barry Plant is seeking a Head of Property Management to oversee our rent roll of 3,000+ properties across the network.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of 15 property management professionals
- Drive rent roll growth through acquisition and organic strategies
- Ensure legislative compliance across all managed properties
- Implement technology solutions to improve efficiency
- Report to the CEO on PM division performance and strategy
Requirements
- 8+ years in property management with 3+ in leadership
- Licensed estate agent (VIC)
- Experience managing large rent rolls (2,000+ properties)
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Track record of team development and retention
