CBRE Perth is seeking a Commercial Leasing Executive to join our office leasing team in the Perth CBD.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial office leasing mandates
- Conduct tenant needs analysis and property tours
- Prepare leasing proposals and negotiate lease terms
- Build relationships with landlords, tenants, and tenant reps
- Produce market reports and vacancy analysis
Requirements
- 2+ years in commercial real estate leasing
- Triennial certificate holder (WA)
- Understanding of commercial lease structures
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
