Richardson & Wrench Western Sydney is looking for a Business Development Manager focused on growing our property management portfolio.
The Role
- Prospect and win new management agreements from landlords and investors
- Attend investor seminars, networking events, and open homes
- Present our property management services and value proposition
- Collaborate with the sales team on cross-referral opportunities
- Achieve monthly new management targets
About You
- Experience in BDM, property management, or real estate sales
- Confident presenter and natural networker
- Results-driven with a hunter mentality
- NSW Certificate of Registration or full licence
- Own vehicle and licence
